The 4-phased 30-bed renovation of an existing pediatric intensive care unit encompasses 30,000 SF located on 4 wings on the 3rd floor of Miller Children’s Hospital. The fully occupied renovation was designed to accommodate the unique requirements of children and their families. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
