Roy received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute in New York City and joined RBB in 1983 as Chief Project Designer, and was named Associate Principal in 2017. Roy has over 35 years of experience as an architect, project designer, and project manager on major institutional and commercial projects throughout the country.
During his time at RBB, Roy has been responsible for a variety of technically complex projects including Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, and University Laboratories. His role as project director has seen the completion of a 25 year master plan at PIH Health in Whittier, California, including three bed towers and a total hospital replacement. Additionally, he has directed the master plan of Samaritan Medical Center in San Jose, California, including five Outpatient Medical Office buildings. Currently Roy directs the design of a major Residential Care Facility for the Elderly in Los Angeles.
