This 120,000 SF mixed-use building serves as the national headquarters facility for the Directors’ Guild of America.

The project was completed in 1988 and features 600 and 150 seat screening theatres; a 50 seat video theatre with television viewing rooms; executive and administration offices; board and conference rooms; reception and exhibition space; and three levels of subterranean parking.

The building exterior is polished, mauve colored granite panels with burgundy granite accent bands. Glazing is rose colored glass with a reflective, copper / bronze coating.
